- You will learn how to engage traditional Yoga asanas purposefully to teach proper alignment in the air and guide your students into asanas they may never have dared to dream possible - true inversions, and deeper, supported backbends.

- You will learn how to use and teach the hammock as a "prop" to

enhance yours and your student's yoga practice.

Then your students can work these same mechanics to achieve similar results from their usual Yoga practice.

INCLUDED IN 40hrs TRAINING:

* Understanding different styles and history of aerial yoga

* In class hands -on watch and practice

* 3 Aerial Yoga free classes + 1 observation class

* 2 hours private class with Anya Joy (as needed)
