What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga utilizes a silk hammock or sling that is suspended from the ceiling to perform those same yoga movements as we use on the mat. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through your yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. The hammock also takes pressure off certain areas of the body like the head and shoulders, allowing you to reach those more challenging poses like headstands with greater ease.

Who can attend our Aerial classes??

Anyone! Any adult age and any fitness level yogis!

Our Aerial Yoga class style is ALL levels, guided by the instructor how to enter and exit your hammock safely.

**However, if you are absolutely new to yoga or physical activities - we recommend attending few regular yoga classes first and Aerial Workshop to get familiar with yoga poses, but also build your confidents.

We are using the hammock as a "prop" to our yoga practice to deepen our body stretching and explore many possibilities that might be too difficult in the traditional yoga class. Even though Aerial yoga class can be challenging at first, but definitely rewarding and fun. We recommend combining your Aerial yoga classes with all Hot Yoga classes available in our studio to grow and learn in your Yoga practice.

What is Aer Pilates?

Aerial Pilates, is a unique fusion of the Pilates method and aerial Arts. It combines the principles of Pilates with the use of a fabric hammock. In our Aer Pilates classes students use the hammock to perform a variety of repetitive moves/exercises working on inner strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning. The hammock provides support, allowing for modifications and variations of Pilates movements.
It also adds an element of fun and playfulness to the workout.

Who can attend our Aerial classes??

Absolutely Anyone!

Pilates are a low impact workout, that is suitable for everyone, plus in this class we are using a lower hammock

adjusted to individual heights and body type.

This is a great introductory class to Aerial Art and Yoga with the full benefits for your mind and body!
