Heated and NON-Heated classes



HATHA





HATHA, means to balance the Sun and Moon energies in You

75 minutes class in 105* heat and 40% humidity room. Class consists of 26 postures, Pranayama breathing and 4 water breaks.

Traditional Bikram style Hatha. Asanas are practiced with aligning, strengthen and promote flexibility in your body. Hatha Yoga can improve your sleep, reduce stress and enhance your mindfulness.

Challenging yet simple and rewarding class!



SLOW FLOW





60 minutes class in a gentle heat 85*

In this class we flow slowly through Sun Salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently, combining poses for balance and stretching. Deep, mindful sequences of postures help to feel calm and rejuvenated. Great class if you are new to yoga!



POWER VINYASA FLOW





VINYASA, means Flowing with Breath

60 minutes class in 90*-100* heat and 40% humidity room.

This class is designed to cultivate heat in your body with creative sequences involving Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing and inversions with strong focus on connecting your breath with each movement. It will promote burning body fat and tighten your core (lots of core work) with increasing flexibility. Our classes have a variety of music and themes. The most fun and energetic class.

You won’t be bored!



YIN & MEDITATION





Yin which is the opposite of Yang, is the feminine life-force of receptivity

60 minutes class , non-heated room. The practice integrates ancient yoga teaching with Meridian theory as taught in Chinese Medicine. Class starts with a slow flow to get your body warm and the mind focused, followed by a series of Yin poses held for 2 to 5 minutes each and ending with 15 minutes relaxing Meditation. Practicing Yin regularly improves joint mobility, balances internal organs, relieves stiffness and calms the mind and body. Prepare your body for stillness, Finding your Edge!



HOT YOGA SCULPT





60 minutes class in a 90* - 100* heat and 40% humidity room.

Very intense workout combined with heat, dumbbells or workout bends and blocks. Basic yoga flows and poses mixing in with strength-training and cardio. This class will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. Be prepared to sweat, test your endurance, have fun and get a full body workout!



SOUND BATH MEDITATION





75 minutes class in a non- heated room.

Every 4th Fridays of the month you get a chance to

experience the magic sound of Tibetans and crystal bowls.

This is a class that aims to guide you into a deep meditation state while you are enveloped in ambient sound played by the instructor.

Class includes breathing exercises, Yin postures and complete relaxation.

Excellent for managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing.




HOT YOGA BARRE





60 minutes heated class.

This class is an amazing combo of yoga , ballet and dance moves.

High intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in the most fun ways possible! Energetic dance music will inspire you to keep coming back happy and motivated.



AERIAL NON- Heated CLASSES



EASY FLIGHT



Suitable for all Levels class and great for beginners.

In this class instructor will walk you through how to use the hammock and perform asanas correctly with modifications. You will learn fundamentals of Aerial Yoga like - plank,

hip hang-chair, back straddle, basic wrist and ankle wrap, getting in and out of the hammock. Blocks are available for extra support.

note** This is Not a Cirque du Soleil show or Acrobatic class, this is still Yoga



STRENGTH & FLY



All levels class.

We incorporate strength building poses and movements that target various muscles groups.

You will learn how to engage your muscles and let hammock support you during your fly.

We practice inversions and fun transitions.



Your Aerial Yoga coach will cue your moves and works with you as much as needed.

Prepare to fire up your core and fly!




LOW FLIGHT



All levels.

In this class you will use low hammock, placed just below your knee cap.

Instructor will teach you how to use hammock for upper body strength, shoulders, hips and core work.

Consider taking this class if you are not fully comfortable with the heights of your hammock in the regular class. Fun and challenging class!




PLAYFUL FLIGHT



Level 2.

In this class we Flow and Play learning knew moves and tricks.

We strongly suggest attending Aerial workshop and Level 1 classes few times be comfortable with fundamentals.

Students expect to know to perform flips in and out of the hammock, comfortably getting themselves into the straddle and able to hang upside down for 3-5 minutes, comfortable with side planks, inversions and standing on the silk.

Prepared to get your heart rate up with lots of Fun!




AERIAL YIN



60 - 75 minutes class.

Low hammock, passive class

As a traditional Yin we hold poses up to 5 minutes, but here we add even more support with the hammock- your silk, blocks and bolsters.

Feels amazing class for deeper stretches in your body to your facia and tissues.

A lot of times we combine Yin asanas with Sound Bath meditation in Savasana.

Do not miss your "Zen time".



AERO PILATES



Level 1-2.

This is a low impact class with slightly lower hammock than in the regular class. We stay true to Pilates moves using hammock as a reformer to increase muscles endurance and flexibility.

Prepare sweat, work hard and feel amazing!
