MY HOT YOGA CLASSES





Hydrate best for 24-48 hours

Do NOT eat heavy meals before your yoga class.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class.

If this this your first time, we recommend be at the studio 15-20 minutes earlier to get familiar with the studio space, answer all your questions and get acclimatize to the heat.


WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT TO BRING

Wear light workout clothes, You will get hot!

Bring Your nonslip mat and water bottle. If you need to change, we have changing room for your convenience.


We ask you to be respectful by entering and exiting the Hot room quietly.

Please stay in the hot room until the end of the class. Do not worry about heat - it is there to help you! Listen to instructor's cue and suggestions, you are always welcome to modify and take a break when you needed.

The best is to lay down in Savasana or child pose and come your mind.

MY AERIAL YOGA CLASSES





We want you to prepare yourself for your best experience with us!


Please arrive 15 minutes early to your Aerial class

most likely you will need to adjust your hammock to your height

Please avoid eating any meals and drink a lot of water 2 hours before your aerial yoga experience.

If you know how to get into the hammock cocoon feel free to lay down inside the hammock, otherwise lay down on your mat under the hammock and come your mind before class begins.


WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT TO BRING

Wear long workout pants/leggings, are the best and sleeve shirts or long sleeves shirts - especially for your first classes. Most likely you will get some bruises, but don't worry - it's all part of the experience and will go away in a few days!

Bring your nonslip mat and water bottle and place it by the wall.

Please leave ALL your jewelry at home and sharp fingernails.


We ask you to follow Our Yoga studio etiquette by being respectful to our students and ourselves and keep conversations to the minimum in the Aerial room, stay in the room until the end of the class.

Please follow your yoga instructor cues, directions and adjustments.

If you may have any concerns or questions, please address that with the instructor before your class.

And most importantly - have fun and enjoy your class with us !



AFTER MY CLASS





Please wipe down any used props.

Drink lots of water with electrolytes.

Come back to your next class as soon as you can.

Practicing Yoga 3-4 times a week will make amazing changes for your overall health.
