60 minutes classes - non heated Easy Flight (level 1). Suitable for all Levels class and great for beginners.
In this class instructor will walk you through how to use the hammock and perform asanas correctly with modifications. You will learn fundamentals of Aerial Yoga like - plank,
hip hang-chair, back straddle, basic wrist and ankle wrap, getting in and out of the hammock. Blocks are available for extra support.
