The instructor walks you through how to use the hammock and perform asanas correctly with modifications.
In this class we are using our hammock as a PROP to support you through various poses and flows to improve your balance, flexibility and build
strength., while allowing you to go deeper into the asana and use less pressure on your shoulders, spine or head.
