Hot Yoga and Aerial Yoga studio in Lake Stevens.

We believe that you can start practicing Yoga at any age and deepen your practice at any level. ​We believe in heat and sweat! Our infrared heaters and humidifiers provide a perfect environment to enjoy all the health benefits of hot yoga classes.
